Accuracy of quiz content

Organisations author and maintain their own quizzes, questions, and pass marks. The Platform does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any organisation's quiz content, and makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding it. Scores, pass/fail outcomes, leaderboard rankings, and issued certificates reflect performance against that organisation's own criteria only.

Certificates are not third-party endorsements

A certificate issued by the Platform confirms only that a specific user achieved a specific score on a specific quiz at a specific time, verifiable via its unique certificate code. It does not imply endorsement, accreditation, or recognition by the Platform's Superuser, by any employer, regulator, or professional body, unless that organisation explicitly states otherwise.

Packages and subscriptions

Learner Packages grant time-limited access to quizzes as configured by the Superuser at the time of purchase. Availability of specific quizzes during a Package's active period may change if an organisation unpublishes, archives, or modifies its own quizzes; the Platform is not liable for such changes made independently by organisations.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform's operator disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including reliance on any quiz result or certificate.

Third-party payments

Payment references are confirmed manually by organisation admins or the Superuser and are not processed through an integrated payment gateway. The Platform is not responsible for delays, disputes, or errors originating from your bank, mobile-money provider, or other payment channel.
